4. Purchasing and Payments
All purchases are final. When you click "Buy Now," you agree to the procurement price listed. Funds are handled via our secure escrow protocol to ensure the safe transfer of goods to logistics centers.
5. Shipping and Logistics
Once a lot is purchased, our logistics team facilitates the transfer to verified buyer warehouses. While we strive for 100% efficiency, PN Max is not liable for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or international customs inspections.
6. User Conduct
Users are prohibited from attempting to bypass the platform's escrow system or contacting verified buyers directly outside of the provided facilitation tools. Violation of this clause will result in immediate account termination.
